摘  要:为掌握市域轨道交通橡胶隔振垫道床的振动特性及实际应用效果,对温州市域S1线桥面和地面振动进行系统测试与分析,得到如下结论:(1)直线地段,轨道结构高度780 mm橡胶隔振垫道床的减振效果为10.4 dB;曲线地段,轨道结构高度610 mm橡胶隔振垫道床的减振效果为9.5 dB,轨道结构高度780 mm的橡胶隔振垫道床的减振效果为10.2 dB。(2)两种橡胶隔振垫道床在频率12.5~25 Hz内并不能起到减振效果,反而会放大振动。在频率>31.5 Hz时,两种隔振垫道床才能起到减振效果。(3)距轨道中心线10 m范围内地面振动衰减较快,并且主要是频率20 Hz以上的中、高频振动的衰减,20 Hz以下的低频部分变化较小。距轨道中心线10~15 m内,曲线地段两种橡胶隔振垫道床的地面振动出现局部放大。(4)距轨道中心线10~15 m内,曲线地段两种隔振垫道床的地面振动满足混合、商业中心区环境振动标准,直线地段轨道结构高度780 mm隔振垫道床的地面振动能够满足特殊住宅区环境振动标准。In order to master the vibration characteristics and the practical application effects of the rubber vibration isolation track bed in regional rail transit,the system test and analysis of deck vibration and ground vibration for Wenzhou regional metro S1 line are carried out.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)In straight track,the damping effect of rubber vibration isolation track bed with 780mm track structure height is 10.4 dB.In curve track,the damping effect of rubber vibration isolation track bed with 610mm track structure height is 9.5 dB and the damping effect of rubber vibration isolation track bed with 780mm track structure height is 10.2 dB.(2)The two types of rubber vibration isolation track beds can not reduce vibration in the frequency range of 12.5~25 Hz,but only enlarge the vibration.The two types of rubber vibration isolation track beds can not fulfill vibration reduction until the frequency is greater than 31.5 Hz,(3)The attenuation of ground vibration is faster in the range of 10m from the track center line,and it is mainly the attenuation of medium and high frequency vibration with frequency above 20 Hz,the change of low frequency below 20 Hz is smaller.In the range of 10~15 m from the center line of the track,the ground vibration of is amplified locally in the curve section.(4)In the range of 10~15 m from the center line of the track,the ground vibration of the two types of rubber vibration isolation track beds in the curve section meets the environmental vibration standards of mixed and commercial center areas,and the ground vibration of rubber vibration isolation track bed with 780mm track structure height in the straight section meets the environmental vibration standards of special residential areas.
