目的论视角下特殊用途英语的“零翻译”策略——以航海英语的汉译为例

摘　　要：在“一带一路”建设背景下,为规范译者的翻译行为,针对航海英语词汇的术语性、新词性、专业性、复合词与缩略性等语言特点,基于功能翻译目的论视角,以“零翻译”的角度深入探讨及分析多个译例,对如何达到理想的翻译目的提出建议。A probe is made into the lexical features of nautical English,namely plentiful terminology,neologism,technicality,compounding and abbreviation to improve the normalization and standardization of translation acts under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.Application of Skopos theory and zero translation strategy is involved in the discussion on the Chinese translation of nautical English,followed by amply examples.Suggestions are then made to fulfill the intended Skopos.
