摘 要:目的运用关键事件法对临床护理教师胜任力的评价要素进行分析,以确定临床护理教师胜任力评价的各级要素。方法通过开放式问卷收集临床护理教师在实际临床带教过程中遇到的成功、不成功的事件各3件,采用关键事件法对问卷进行归纳总结,得出临床护理教师应具备的胜任力要素。结果确立了临床护理教师胜任力的评价要素,主要为个性特征、职业态度、人际关系、教学能力、专业能力和教学组织6个维度。结论形成的临床护理教师胜任力评价要素较全面地概括了一名优秀的临床护理教师应具备的素质,可为日后客观评价临床护理教师提供依据。Objective To use the Critical Incident Technique method to analyze and determine the evaluation elements of clinical nursing teachers'competencies.Methods Three successful and unsuccessful events of clinical nursing teachers were collected through open questionnaire,then we summarized the key events,and the competency elements of clinical nursing teachers were obtained.Results The evaluation elements of competencies of clinical nursing teachers were established,mainly in the six dimensions of personality characteristics,professional attitude,interpersonal relationship,teaching ability,professional ability and teaching organization.Conclusion The evaluation elements of competence of teachers comprehensively summarize the quality of a good clinical nursing teacher,and provide the basis for the objective evaluation of clinical nursing teachers in the future.
