通识教育背景下高校大类招生的教学改革研究

摘　　要：“大类招生”“分流培养”是当前高等院校教育的一大创举,是通识教育背景下培养社会主义现代化人才的重要尝试。一方面,它顺应了人才发展的客观规律,有利于因材施教地培养出更优秀的人才;另一方面,也推进了高校教学的深化变革,有利于促进高校创新和健康发展。该文基于大类招生专业分流的基本内涵,结合通识教育的研究背景,试图深入剖析与探究大类招生这一新型模式对于高等院校发展的重要性,并针对其教学改革中的问题提出科学可行的意见。"Large class enrollment"and"diversion training"is a great pioneering work of current higher education,and an important attempt to cultivate socialist modern talents under the background of general education.On the one hand,it conforms to the objective law of talent development,which is conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and cultivating more excellent talents.On the other hand,it also promotes the deepening reform of university teaching,which helps to promote the innovative and healthy development of colleges and universities.Based on the basic connotation of the major division of large class enrollment,combined with the research background of general education,this paper attempts to deeply analyze and explore the importance of the new mode of enrollment for the development of colleges and universities,and puts forward scientific and feasible suggestions for the problems in the teaching reform.
