摘　　要：高校开设职业生涯课程是培养学生职业素养、增强学生职业适应能力、改善学生职业体验的重要方式。面对职业生涯课程建设存在的课程内容安排不合理、教学方式不适配、评价方式针对性不强、师资队伍专业化不够等突出问题,亟待高校突出课程内容的职业性、增强教学方式的实践性、强化评价方式的针对性、提高教师队伍的专业性,以增强职业生涯课程开设实效。Setting up career courses in colleges and universities is an important way to cultivate students'professional accomplishments,enhance students'professional adaptation capacity and improve students'professional experiences.In the face of problems such as unreasonable arrangement of curriculum content,unsuitable teaching methods,weak targeted evaluation methods and insufficient specialization of teachers,it is urgent for colleges and universities to highlight the professionalism of curriculum content,strengthen the practicality of teaching methods,strengthen the pertinence of evaluation methods,improve the professionalism of teachers,and improve the effectiveness of career curriculum.
