褐口蘑营养乳在运动食品中的应用

摘　　要：针对褐口蘑营养乳在运动食品中的应用进行研究。提出了褐口蘑营养乳的制备工艺流程,介绍了褐口蘑营养乳作为运动食品的特点,并讨论了褐口蘑营养乳中碳水化合物、粗蛋白质和生物活性物质在运动食品中的应用。褐口蘑营养乳的作为运动营养食品,能够满足运动人群的实际需求,提供运动所需的营养物质,有助于提高机体运动能力、保持运动代谢。The application of Agarics brunnelens nutritional milk in sports food was studied.The preparation process of A.brunnelens nutritional milk was given.The characteristics of A.brunnelens nutritional milk as sports food were introduced.The application of carbohydrate,crude protein,and bioactive substances in the A.brunnelens nutritional milk in sports food was discussed.As a kind of sports nutrition food,A.brunnelens nutritional milk can meet the actual needs of the sports crowd,provide the necessary nutrients for sports,and help to improve the body’s exercise ability and maintain exercise metabolism.
