摘  要:以培养未来大国工匠为己任的高职院校必须重视以"工匠精神"为核心的职业素养教育,这既是高职院校落实立德树人、推进内涵式建设的需要,也是满足经济社会高质量发展的需要。高职院校在注重培养学生职业技能的同时也要积极探索工匠精神融入职业素养教育的模式,促进学生的全面发展。针对当前高职院校职业素养教育存在主要问题提出了工匠精神融入职业素养教育的四级"梯级"模式,为培育高职院校学生的工匠精神、提升职业素养提供一些参考。Higher vocational colleges with the duty of cultivating future great nation craftsman must attach importance to the vocational quality education with the"spirit of craftsman"as the core,which is not only the need of implementing the moral education and promoting the connotative construction,but also the need ofsatisfying the high-quality development of economy and society.While paying attention to the training of students'skills,higher vocational colleges should actively explore the mode of integrating artisan spirit into vocational literacy education to promote the all-round development of students.Aiming at the main problems existing in vocational literacy education in technical colleges,this paper puts forward a four-level"echelon"mode of integrating artisan spirit into vocational literacy education,which provides some references for cultivating artisan spirit and improving vocational literacy of students in technical colleges.
