摘  要:SIOP理论作为一种研究观察工具,能够为课堂教学质量监控体系的构建提供丰富的指标架构和详细的实施细则,并能有效提升监控质量。然而,高校现行的教学质量监控体系存在着监管与控制分离、过度注重教师监控、指标选取表面化等问题,使得SIOP理论难以有效融入。因而,在SIOP理论指导下,高校要从转变传统教育质量观念、完善教学质量监控指标、组建专业教学监控队伍、构建多元化教学监控体系等多角度探寻课堂教学质量监控体系创新实践路径。As a research and observation tool,SIOP theory provides a rich indicator framework and detailed implementation rules for the construction of classroom teaching quality monitoring system,and improves the monitoring quality.However,the current teaching quality monitoring system in universities has problems of separation of supervision and control,excessive emphasis on teacher monitoring,and superficial selection of indicators,which makes it difficult to integrate SIOP theory.Therefore,under the guidance of SIOP theory,universities should explore the innovative practice path of classroom teaching quality monitoring system from the perspectives of changing traditional education quality concepts,perfecting teaching quality monitoring indicators,forming professional teaching monitoring teams,and building a diversified teaching monitoring system.
