摘 要:活动区活动的实施质量事关幼儿培养质量。当前幼儿园活动区活动的实施面临四方面问题:幼儿游戏行动存在时空限制,幼儿活动选择缺乏主体自由,幼儿活动想法不够自主自发,幼儿学习活动无法主动深入。幼儿园活动区活动问题的关键瓶颈在于没有意识到游戏作为幼儿活动的最基本形式,其所需的游戏精神的实现是活动的基础。主要表现在:一是活动区活动所必需的物质基础薄弱,难以满足幼儿游戏需求;二是有效实施活动区活动的师资缺乏专业视角,难以保证幼儿游戏自由;三是活动区活动质量提升的评估制度缺乏,难以提高教师游戏指导能力。这些问题的突破策略在于三方面:教师层面要主动放权,创设开放性的活动区环境、严格落实活动区活动流程、努力提升活动区活动的干预与指导能力;幼儿园层面要有效集权,建构有专业引领的活动区活动实践共同体、建立基于活动区活动质量评价的激励机制;政府层面要加强调控,确保活动区活动质量提升的资金投入、开展高质量的活动区活动专题培训、建立活动区活动质量提升评估制度。The quality of implementing activities in the activity area is related to the quality of child development.At present,there are four problems in the implementation of kindergarten activity area:there are time and space constraints in children’s game action,children’s activity choice is lack of subject freedom,children’s activity ideas are not autonomous enough,and children’s learning activities can’t be actively in-depth.The key bottleneck of activity in kindergarten activity area lies in the fact that games are the most basic form of children’s activities,and the realization of game spirit is the foundation of activities.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:first,the material foundation necessary for activities in the activity area is weak,which is difficult to meet the needs of children’s games;second,the teachers who effectively implement activities in the activity area are lack of professional perspective,which is difficult to ensure children’s freedom of play;third,the lack of evaluation system for improving the quality of activities in the activity area,which makes it difficult to improve teachers’game guidance ability.The breakthrough strategies of these problems lie in three aspects:Teachers should take the initiative to delegate power,create an open activity area environment,strictly implement the activity process in the activity area,and strive to improve the ability of intervention and guidance of activities in the activity area;The kindergarten should effectively centralize power,build a professional activity practice community in the activity area,and establish an incentive mechanism based on the activity quality evaluation of the activity area;The government should strengthen the regulation and control,ensure the capital investment for the improvement of the activity quality in the activity area,carry out high-quality special training for the activity area,and establish the evaluation system for the improvement of the activity quality in the activity area.
