摘  要:核心员工是指在组织经营发展中能发挥重要作用,位于关键核心岗位上,较难被替代的员工。核心员工对企业的发展方向与前途有着重要的影响。在合法性、公平性、经济性、动态性、竞争性等常规原则外,领导者应秉承高层重视、差异对待、员工参与等原则对核心员工薪酬进行系统化思考;在薪酬管理时,领导者可以运用制定工资领先战略、渐进推行自助式薪酬、合理设计绩效薪酬等薪酬设计艺术,精心制造意外"红包",巧妙运用"雷尼尔效应"、创新福利前置激励等薪酬支付艺术,最大程度地激发核心员工能量,从而不断提升组织的创造力和竞争力。Core employees mainly refer to employees who play an important role in the operation and development of organizations,hold key core positions and are hardly replaceable.Core employees have an important influence on the development direction and future of enterprises.In addition to the conventional principles such as of legitimacy,fairness,economy,dynamism and competitiveness,leaders should adhere to the principles of high-level attention,differential treatment and employee participation to systematically think about the salary of core employees;in salary management,leaders should use the salary design art such as formulating salary leading strategy,gradually implementing self-help salary,and overall designing performance salary,be good at creating unexpected"red packets",skillfully use"Rainier Effect",innovate salary payment art such as welfare pre-incentive,and maximize the energy of core employees,so as to continuously improve the creativity and competitiveness of organizations.
