摘　　要：以体验式学习理论作为理论基础,结合黄山学院酒店管理专业的实践探索,研究构建了“学、赛”联动的Module教学模式,提出了借助学科竞赛平台,创新实践教学体系、改善实训教学环境、深化理论教学内涵和打造行业实训平台等具体措施,打造多元化立体式的模块教学课程体系,切实有效地丰富了酒店管理专业创新人才培养模式的研究内容。On the theoretical basis of Experiential Learning Theory,combined with professional exploration of the Hospitality Management of Huangshan University,this study constructs the teaching model system of“Learning and Competition”.This research constructs a diversified module curriculum system:depending on the platform of competition,innovating the practical teaching system,promoting the practice circumstance,deepening the connotation of theoretical teaching and creating the industry training platform,which effectively enriches the research content of innovative personnel training mode of the Hospitality Management.
