摘　　要：大学生综合素质测评是衡量大学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的具体评价方式,构建适应人才培养方案的大学生综合素质测评体系是保障高职院校人才培养质量的有效方式。本文基于"知行合一"理念,从品德操行、学业水平、创新创业、实践活动四个维度构建了高职院校学生综合素质测评体系,以期为后续高职院校学生综合素质测评的可持续发展提供有价值的建议和参考。Higher vocational college students’comprehensive quality testing is a specific evaluation method to measure students’comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,sports,art and labor.Constructing the higher vocational college students’comprehensive quality testing system is an effective method to guarantee talent cultivation quality of higher vocational college.Under the philosophy of the unity of knowledge and action,this paper constructs the higher vocational college students’comprehensive quality testing system from four dimensions of morality,course grades,innovation and entrepreneur,and practice activity,so as to provide the valuable suggestions and reference for the sustainable development of higher vocational college students’comprehensive quality testing.
