1+X证书背景下的课证融合教学模式研究——以《商业银行业务与经营》为例

摘　　要：1+X证书制度作为近几年职业教育领域一项重大创新,对加快职业教育改革、提升职业教育质量、培养职业教育人才等多方面起到了不可忽视的推动作用。通过将1+X证书制度与专业人才培养方案相结合,重构专业教学体系,创新教学模式,将课程从职业资格考试内容和对应岗位工作内容展开,以课程特点为依据,依托信息化教学手段和仿真模拟平台,重新设计课程教学内容,使之更为贴近职业资格证书和岗位需求,有效提高学生专业技能和职业素养,从而全面提高人才培养质量,推进课证融合的实效性教学。As an essential innovation in vocational education in past several years, the certificate system of 1+X plays an important role in the following fields: accelerating vocational education reform, improving vocational education quality,cultivating vocational education talents, etc. By combining the certificate system of 1+X and cultivating program of professional talent, the professional teaching system is reconstructed, and the teaching mode is innovated. The course is spread into the vocational qualification test content and the working content of corresponding post. According to course characteristics, relying on informationization teaching method and analogue simulation platform, the teaching content of course is redesigned to better meet needs of career qualification certificate and post and efficiently improve students’ professional skills and career quality, so as to comprehensively improve talent cultivation quality and promote effective teaching of course-certificate integration.
