山东省预防医学生思维特征与隐性职业素养的典型相关分析

摘　　要：目的:了解预防医学生思维特征与隐性职业素养状况,探讨二者之间的内在联系,为制定相应的隐性职业素养与公共卫生思维提升策略提供数据支持。方法:采用分层随机抽样法对山东省6所高等医学院校的653名预防医学生进行问卷调查。结果:共得到629份有效问卷,典型相关分析显示两对典型变量均有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业道德、服务意识、心理适应是隐性职业素养的主要指标,批判性创新思维是思维特征的主要指标;隐性职业素养对思维特征的作用大于思维特征对隐性职业素养的作用。结论:预防医学生思维特征与隐性职业素养密切相关;应重点加强预防医学生职业道德、服务意识、心理适应、批判性创新思维的培养。Objective:To understand the status and characteristics of thinking characteristics and recessive professional accomplishment of the current preventive medicine students,and to explore the internal relationship between them,so as to provide data support for the development of the corresponding strategies to improve recessive professional accomplishment and public health thinking.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 653 preventive medicine students in 6 medical colleges and universities of Shandong province.Results:A total of 629 valid questionnaires were obtained.Two pairs of canonical variables obtained by canonical correlation analysis were statistically significant(P<0.05).Professional ethics,service consciousness and psychological adaptation were the main indicators of implicit professional accomplishment,and critical innovative thinking was the main indicator of thinking characteristics.The influence of recessive professional quality on thinking characteristics was greater than that of thinking characteristics on recessive professional quality.Conclusion:The thinking characteristics of preventive medical students are closely related to their recessive professional accomplishment.The emphasis should be laid on the cultivation of professional ethics,service consciousness,psychological adaptation and critical innovative thinking.
