摘  要:建立现代职业教育体系需要高职院校与本科高校及社会企业的合作与共赢。高职与本科双方合作始于政府试点任务,但由于对建立现代职业教育体系的认识不足,出现高职院校一头热,本科高校师资等资源准备不足,课程衔接困难等问题,唯有资源共享才能克服困难,互惠互利,强化内生动力。高职与本科资源互补,建立资源共享机制,通过校内教师、教学设施,校外实习基地、就业基地的共享,促使高职院校和本科高校长久合作与发展的丰硕果实,实现高职与本科共同发展。The establishment of modern vocational education system requires the cooperation and win-win situation between higher vocational colleges,undergraduate universities and enterprises.The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities begins with the government's pilot task.However,due to the lack of understanding of the establishment of modern vocational education system,there are some problems such as higher vocational colleges being unilaterally keen on this reform,insufficient resource preparation of teachers and other resources in undergraduate universities,difficulties in curriculum connection and so on.Only resource sharing can overcome these difficulties,achieve mutual benefit and strengthen endogenous driving force.Higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities can complement each other's resources,establish a resource sharing mechanism,promote the development of long-term cooperation between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities through the sharing of internal teachers,teaching facilities,off-campus practice bases and employment bases,and realize the common development of the two sides.
