摘  要:目的探讨抛锚式教学对普外科实习医生批判性思维的影响。方法选取2018年1月—10月普外科实习的30名实习医生为对照组,采用常规教学法。选取2018年11月—2019年8月普外科实习的30名实习医生为观察组,采用抛锚式教学法。比较两组实习医生的学习成绩,并采用评判性思维态度倾向性调查表(CTDI-CV)调查他们的批判性思维。结果两组的理论知识成绩的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组的病例分析成绩、总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的批判性思维各方面评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抛锚式教学能够增强普外科实习医生的批判性思维,提高其分析问题的能力。Objective To explore the influence of anchor dropping teaching on critical thinking of interns in general surgery.Methods 30 interns from January to October 2018 were selected as the control group,routine teaching method was adopted.From November 2018 to August 2019,30 interns of general surgery practice were selected as the observation group,and anchor teaching method was adopted.The results of two groups of interns were compared,and their critical thinking was investigated by CTDI-CV.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the results of case analysis and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anchored teaching can enhance the critical thinking of the general surgical interns and improve their ability to analyze problems.
