摘 要:机械-液力联合制动是重型履带装甲车辆普遍使用的制动技术,因此,主要采取仿真技术对机械-液力联合制动进行建模与仿真分析,通过RecurDyn软件建立某重型履带装甲车辆动力学模型,采取Matlab软件建立机械制动器和液力制动器数学模型,再设计装甲车辆制动工况,对二者进行联合仿真,并对仿真结果综合分析,为重型履带装甲车辆制动系统设计提供参考。Mechanical-hydraulic combined braking is a common braking technology for heavy-duty tracked armored vehicles.Therefore,the simulation technology is mainly used to model and analyze the mechanical-hydraulic combined braking.The dynamic model of a heavy-duty tracked armored vehicle is established by RecurDyn software,the mathematical model of mechanical brake and hydraulic brake is established by Matlab software,and the braking condition of armored vehicle is designed.The simulation results are analyzed synthetically to provide reference for the design of brake system of heavy-duty tracked armored vehicle.
