摘 要:目的探讨在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中采用CBL教学法联合导师制的培训效果。方法选取2017年8月1日-2019年7月31日期间在某院妇产科轮转的38名规培医师采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组20人采用传统规培模式,研究组18人采用CBL教学法联合导师制培训模式。培训结束时对规培医师进行出科考核,分为理论考试、临床技能五站式考核及针对培训模式的问卷调查3部分,对两组的教学效果进行分析和评价。结果研究组的理论考试成绩(88.94±1.92)分高于对照组(84.85±2.62)分;研究组的临床技能操作考核成绩(87.17±3.78)分高于对照组(82.40±3.72)分;差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.01。教学满意度问卷调查结果显示,研究组的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论CBL教学法联合导师制的模式可以提高妇产科住院医师规范化培训的培训效果。Objective To explore the training effect of CBL teaching method combined with tutor system in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods Thirty-eight regular training doctors who rotated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in a hospital from August 1,2017 to July 31,2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group(n=20)adopted the traditional regular training mode,and the study group(n=18)adopted the CBL teaching method combined with tutorial training mode.At the end of the training,the physicians were examined,which was divided into three parts:the theoretical examination,the five-stop assessment of clinical skills and the questionnaire survey for the training model,and the teaching effects of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results The score of theoretical examination(88.94±1.92)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(84.85±2.62),and the score of clinical skill operation in the study group(87.17±3.78)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.40±3.72)(P<0.01).The results of teaching satisfaction questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of CBL teaching method combined with tutorial system can improve the training effect of standardized training for obstetrics and gynaecology residents.
