摘  要:目的探索同伴教育的模式应用于定向制医学生外科总论课间实习中的效果。方法以三年制临床医学急救中心定向班2018级30名医学生作为实验组,实习时间为2019年11月12日-2019年12月19日,2017级28名医学生作为对照组,实习时间为2018年11月16日-2018年12月24日,分别运用同伴教育法和传统教学方法进行外科总论课间实习。比较两组医学生的专业基础课程成绩、实习满意度及外科总论实习考试成绩。结果实验组医学生外科刷手(81.80±9.04)分、穿脱手术衣及消毒铺巾(90.57±2.91)分、清创缝合(91.2±3.44)分、换药(93.17±3.60)分四项操作考试分数与对照组医学生考试成绩(82.57±6.83、87.54±7.78、88.5±4.24、90.96±3.60,)分相比,脱手术衣及消毒铺巾、清创缝合、换药三项操作成绩差异具有有统计学意义,P<0.05。实验组与对照组医学生外科总论考试分数分别为(89.26±3.41)分、(87.39±2.69)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,实验组医学生对课间实习效果的满意程度度更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论同伴教育在定向制医学生外科总论课间实习中起到了积极作用,有助于学生熟练掌握临床操作技能,提高考试成绩,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of the application of peer education model in the interclass practice of general introduction to surgery for orientation medical students.Methods A total of 30 medical students of Grade 2018 in the orientation class of three-year Clinical first Aid Center were selected as the experimental group,and 28 medical students of grade 2017 were selected as the control group from November 12,2019 to December 19,2019.The interclass practice of general introduction of surgery was carried out by using peer education method and traditional teaching method respectively.The scores of basic professional courses,practice satisfaction and surgical practice examination scores of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The scores of surgical hand brushing of medical students in the experimental group(81.80±9.04),wearing surgical clothes and disinfecting towels(90.57±2.91),debridement and suture(91.2±3.44)and dressing change(93.17±3.60)were compared with the scores of medical students in the control group(82.57±6.83,87.54±7.78,88.5±4.24,90.96±3.60,).There were significant differences in surgical clothes,disinfection and towels,debridement and suture,and dressing change(P<0.05).The scores of general surgical examination of medical students in the experimental group and the control group were(89.26±3.41)and(87.39±2.69)respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of medical students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer education plays a positive role in the interclass practice of general introduction to surgery for oriented medical students,which helps students to master clinical operation skills and improve examination scores,which is worth further popularizing.
