摘  要:传统的临床医学教育模式在1.5学年临床实习过程中难以将基础理论体系与临床实践有机结合,不利于医学生的临床思维、医患沟通能力的培养。医学生早期接触临床的教学改革,可以夯实医学生基础知识并提高医患交流能力,培养学生临床应变能力与心理建设、强化学生理论知识与临床实践的结合能力、建立学生卫生医疗服务的理念,学生跟随带教医师的过程中体验和感受医师的工作流程及医院运转过程,医师起到"榜样"的示范作用。本研究结合某医科大学心血管内科的ECC教学经验,在医学生医患交流能力、临床应变能力培养、强化理论与实践能力、卫生医疗服务理念的建立以及医德教育等方面探讨了ECC教学模式的实施方式与效果。The traditional clinical medical education model in China is based on the basic theoretical knowledge-clinical knowledge-clinical probation three-stage teaching method.This teaching model leads to increasingly serious consequences of disconnection between theory and clinical practice.In recent years,more and more medical colleges and universities have carried out the teaching reform of early clinical contact(ECC)for medical students according to this problem,which promotes medical students to gradually contact the clinical environment at the beginning of enrollment,greatly improves the connection between theoretical learning and clinical practice in clinical medical teaching,and significantly improves the clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication ability,professional positioning,medical humanistic concept and other abilities of medical students.Combined with the experience of ECC teaching in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the author’s medical university,this paper mainly discusses the overall arrangement of ECC teaching content,and discusses the implementation methods and effects of ECC teaching model from the aspects of the improvement of students’doctor-patient communication ability,the cultivation of clinical adaptability ability,the strengthening of the combination of theory and practice ability,the establishment of health care service concept and medical ethics education.
