摘　　要：在开放大学建设背景下,加强教师队伍建设具有特殊重要的意义。本文通过对陕西省电大系统教师队伍现状进行调研,浅析了陕西省电大系统教学团队发展现状与瓶颈,并总结探讨了教师队伍建设和教学团队建设方向。Under the background of the construction of Open University,it is of special significance to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.Based on the investigation of the current situation of teachers in Shaanxi Radio and TV university system,this paper analyzes the current situation and bottleneck of the development of the teaching team in Shaanxi radio and TV university system,summarizes and discusses the construction direction of the teachers and teaching team.
