摘 要:当前产业转型升级对高素质技术技能人才提出了新的要求。调研表明,高职院校在课程结构、课程管理、课程评价等方面依然存在诸多短板与问题。聚焦高职课程的转型升级,以课程改革现状调研为基础,探讨高职课程改革的课程观、师生观、教学观,以建构主义、学生中心、有效教学等课程改革理论为指导,提出了加快课程数字化转型、铸造高品质“金课”、推广新形态教材、强化“四新”师资建设、开创对外开放新格局等实现高职课程“提质增效”路径,促进高职教育高质量发展。The current industrial transformation and upgrading put forward new requirements for high-quality technical talents.The research shows that there are still many shortcomings and problems in the curriculum structure,curriculum management,curriculum evaluation and so on.Focusing on the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational curriculum,based on the investigation of the current situation of curriculum reform,this paper discusses the curriculum view,teacher-student view and teaching view of higher vocational curriculum reform.Guided by the curriculum reform theories of constructivism,student-centered and effective teaching,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as speeding up the digital transformation of curriculum,casting high-quality“golden lessons”,promoting new forms of teaching materials,strengthening the construction of“four new”teaching staff,and creating a new pattern of opening to the outside world and other ways to achieve the“quality and efficiency”of higher vocational curriculum to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
