摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是大学生意识形态教育的主阵地,建设一支觉悟够高、理论够精、技术够硬的高校思想政治课教师队伍极端重要。要从增强理论自信、课程自信、课程自觉等方面来加强队伍建设,通过建立健全考核机制、建立完善学生评教体系、畅通人才培养和晋升机制、注重人文关怀,打造一支坚守教育性标准、不断自我成长、具有人格魅力的高校思想政治理论课教师队伍。The ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities is the main position of ideological education for college students.It is extremely important to build a team of Ideological and political teachers with high awareness,fine theory and hard technology.On the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the self-confidence and self-confidence of the teachers and the self-confidence of the teachers and the self-confidence of the teaching staff,the establishment of the self-confidence mechanism of the teaching staff and the improvement of the self-confidence and self-confidence of the teachers and the cultivation of the students self-confidence should be strengthened through the establishment of the self-confidence and self-confidence mechanism of the course.
