摘　　要：课程思政是一种全新的教学理念,其核心是寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。人力资源管理是工商管理类专业核心课程,必须加强课程思政建设,落实立德树人根本任务。在人力资源管理课程思政建设中,应加强内容设计,充分挖掘思政元素,同时改进教学策略,做到教学手段多样化、教学案例多元化、教学考核全程化。Curriculum ideological and political education is a new teaching concept,which is to guide the values in the knowledge teaching and ability training,and help students shape the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Human resource management is the core course of business management.We must strengthen the ideological and political construction of the course,and implement the fundamental task of moral education.In the construction,we should strengthen the content design,fully tap the ideological and political elements,improve the teaching strategies,adopt diversified teaching methods,rich teaching cases,and complete teaching assessment.
