摘 要:家校协同是全球教育研究与实践的重要趋势,也是新时期我国教育改革与发展的关键。疫情期间的居家学习给家校合作带来了挑战,也带来了重新审视家校关系的契机。该研究在梳理疫情期间家校合作研究的基础上,采用问卷调查法,分析了家庭支持因素对小学生居家学习表现的影响。研究发现:不同家长陪伴的学生居家学习表现差异显著;家庭支持因素对小学生居家学习表现影响显著,家长参与因素的影响最大;根据家长参与的特点,可将家长分为陪伴型、指导型和旁观型三类。在此基础上,研究尝试剖析了新教育场景中家校协同育人的内涵,构建了以学生发展为核心,以多元教育共同体提供教育服务为特点的家校协同发展模型,并提出制度保障、技术支撑、学校引领和研究推动四个维度的关键策略。研究尝试以教育场域视角探讨后疫情时代家校协同的变革路径,为推进家校协同的研究与实践,构建新的教育生态提供参考。Home-school collaboration is a vital trend of global education research and practice and also a crucial component of China’s education reform and development in the new era.Home-based learning during the epidemic has brought challenges to home-school cooperation and also opportunities to rethink home-school relations.Based on summarizing home-school cooperation researches in the epidemic,this paper analyzed the effects of family support factors on pupils’home-school learning performance through a questionnaire survey.It was found that:home-based learning performance was significantly different among pupils who accompanied by different family members.In addition,family support factors had significant effects on home-based learning performance and parental involvement contributed most among all factors.According to characteristics of parental involvement in home-based learning,parents were classified into three types:companions,instructors and spectators.Based on the above results,this paper analyzed the connotation of home-school collaboration in the new education scene,constructed a model for prompting homeschool collaboration which focused on students’development and was characterized by multi-educational community providing educational services.Four key strategies were proposed,including:institutional guarantee,technical support,schools’guidance and research promotion.The research tries to explore the reform mode of home-school collaboration in the post-epidemic era,and to provide reference for promoting the research and practice of home-school collaboration for building a new education ecology.
