摘　　要：针对数控车削编程指令及指令之间的区别不易被学生掌握的问题,基于数控仿真实验系统,提出了类比式的实验教学方法,即采用具有渐进关系的指令分别对同一个案例进行编程,并进行仿真加工,类比不同程序实现同一案例加工的区别与联系。能帮助学生更好地掌握数控编程指令及用法等理论课程知识,对提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,提升学生工程实践能力具有良好的效果。Aiming at the problem that the difference between NC turning programming instructions is not easy for students to grasp,based on the NC simulation experiment system,an analog experiment teaching method is proposed.That is,the instructions with the gradual relationship are used to program the same case separately,and the simulation processing is performed,and the difference and connection of the same case processing can be realized by analogy with different programs.It can help students better master the numerical control programming instruction and usage and other theoretical knowledge,which has a good effect on improving students'learning enthusiasm and initiative and improving students'engineering practice ability.
