摘 要:法律硕士作为以职业人才培养为导向的专业学位类型,在我国开办已有20多年的历史,其培养模式几经变化,经历了从最初套用法学硕士培养模式到类同化培养再到分类培养三个阶段。从我国法律硕士教育培养的制度演进结果来看,法律硕士的培养没有形成其独特的培养方法和培养机制,没有真正地与法学硕士形成鲜明的区分。要实现法律硕士人才培养目标,应坚持分类原则和实践导向,逐步细化法律硕士的专业方向,建立起不同于法学硕士培养的独特方法,将“分类”和“实践”贯彻到法律硕士培养全过程。As a type of professional degree oriented by professional talent,the Juris Master has been established in China for more than 20 years.Its training mode has undergone several changes,which has experienced three stages from the initial application of the training mode of master of law,to the cultivation of quasi-assimilation,and then to the cultivation of classification.Judging from the evolution of the system of legal master education in China,the cultivation of Juris Master has not formed its unique cultivation method and training mechanism,and it has not really formed a clear distinction from the master of law.To achieve the goal of cultivating Juris Master talents,we should adhere to the principle of classification and practice orientation,gradually refine the professional direction of the Juris Master,establish a unique method different from the training of Master of Law s,implement“classification”and“practice”into the training of Juris Master process.
