摘 要:中医诊断学是中医学各专业的专业基础课程,主要培养学生认识疾病、辨证诊断和实践操作的能力,是连接理论知识与临床的桥梁学科,因此该课程的教学效果直接影响学生对后续临床课程的学习质量。近年来笔者根据学生在学习中医诊断学过程中出现的关于学习兴趣、信心、知识的理解和学习能力等问题,结合问卷调查的方式开展了一系列的研究,结果显示早见习、结合案例和文献阅读可以明显提高课程教学效果。Diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the specialized basic courses for all majors of Traditional Chinese medicine.The main purpose of this course is to train students’ability to understand diseases,syndrome differentiation diagnosis and practical operation.It is a bridge discipline connecting theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.Therefore,the teaching effect of this course directly affects students’learning quality of subsequent clinical courses.In recent years,the author has carried out a series of researches based on the questions of students’interest,confidence,knowledge understanding and learning ability in the process of learning TCM diagnostics,in which some questionnaire methods were used.The results show that early practice,combined with cases and literature reading can significantly improve the teaching effect of TCM diagnostics.
