摘  要:促进科技成果转化是实现创新驱动发展的根本路径,实现科技与经济深度融合,有效服务地方经济。通过调研发现,福州地区高职院校科技成果存在着转化难、转化率低、转化模式单一等问题。究其原因,科技评价体系不合理,校企供需双方离散,信息不对称,成果转化环境不理想等,未能有效地激励科技成果转化。基于此,提出了完善科技成果评价体系、提升有利于转化的科技成果质量、完善科技成果信息共享机制、优化科技成果转化环境等措施,以期推进高职院校科技成果转化,促进福州经济发展。Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the fundamental path to realize innovation-driven development, realize the deep integration of science, technology and economy, and effectively serve the local economy. Based on investigation and research, it is found that there are some problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou, such as difficult transformation, low transformation rate and single transformation mode. The reasons include the unreasonable evaluation system of science and technology, the separated supply and demand between colleges and enterprises, the asymmetric information, the unideal environment of achievement transformation, and failure in effectively stimulating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Measures are put forward to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges in order to contribute to the economic development of Fuzhou, such as perfecting the evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements, improving the quality of scientific and technological achievement transformation, improving the information sharing mechanism of scientific and technological achievements, and optimizing the transformation environment of scientific and technological achievements.
