运用OD值法快速进行乳酸菌活菌计数的研究

摘　　要：通过测定乳杆菌RS26和片球菌RS33菌液不同稀释度的OD值,结合平板菌落计数结果,建立了两种试验菌OD值-活菌数回归方程:乳杆菌RS26 y=3.167x+0.314,r^(2)=0.998;片球菌RS33 y=2.075x+0.070,r^(2)=0.997。结果表明:可以通过OD值进行乳酸菌活菌计数,并且具有迅速、简便、准确等优点。Through the optic density(OD)value assay of culture with vary dilution ratio,and combined with plate counting,two straightline regressive equations between OD value and the number of living bacteria were established as follows:Lactobacillus RS26 y=3.167 x+0.314,r^(2)=0.998;Pediococcus RS33 y=2.075 x+0.070,r^(2)=0.997.The results indicated that using OD value to count live lactic acid bacteria had the advantages of rapidity,convenience,accuracy.
