摘 要:为了提升自我认知课程教学成效,促进学生的成长,对自我认知课程教学策略进行探讨。论述了高校开展自我认知教学的理论依据,分析了大学生存在的自我认知偏差问题,表现在过强的自尊与自卑感、以自我为中心、从众、迷茫、缺乏自控力等方面,并基于家庭视角、同伴视角、恋人视角、教师视角、合作者视角、未来职业视角,阐述了自我认知教材内容体系的构建,提出了自我认知课程教学策略,帮助学生更好地悦纳自我和发展自我,引导学生在各种关系下认识自我以更好地适应社会,引导学生树立正确的价值观,准确把握人生发展方向。开展自我认知课程教学,能够促进学生的成长和发展,对于高校完成立德树人的根本任务,提升教育成效具有一定的帮助作用。In order to improve the teaching effect of autognosis course,and promote the student development,the research explores the teaching strategies of autognosis course.The research discusses the theoretical basis of autognosis teaching;analyzes the problems of autognosis bias of college students such as too strong self-esteem and interiority,self-centering,conformity,confusion and lack of self control;expounds the content system of autognosis teaching materials from the perspective of family,peers,lovers,teachers,cooperators and future profession;and proposes autognosis course teaching strategies.It is suggested to help students to better accept themselves and autognosis development,guide students to better adapt to the society under all relationships,guide students to establish correct value,and guide students to correctly grasp the life development orientation.Development of autognosis course teaching can promote the development of students,and help colleges to achieve the main task of moral composition and to improve teaching effect.
