摘 要:乡村振兴战略背景下促进乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设意义重大。基于东、中、西部六省(市)3184位乡村幼儿园教师的问卷调查发现:当前我国乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设呈“中部塌陷”特点,中部地区乡村幼儿园教师数量最为紧缺,资质最为薄弱,工资待遇最低,专业发展支持最少。中部地区学前教育财政投入总量长期不足、投入机制不健全是乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设的制度瓶颈,教师管理体制不健全、管理力量薄弱是中部地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设的内部桎梏,准入门槛低、教师专业发展保障机制不健全是中部乡村幼儿园教师队伍素质提升的主要掣肘。建议完善投入机制,保障教师工资待遇、提高职业吸引力;多措并举补充合格教师,加快提高教师队伍素质;优化教师管理,加强教师专业发展的权益保障。It is of great significance to promote the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Through a questionnaire survey of 3184 rural kindergarten teachers in six provinces(municipalities)in eastern,central and western regions,it was found that the rural kindergarten teacher staff in the central region had shown the lowest level in terms of quantity,qualifications,salaries and professional development support.The insufficient financial investment and incomplete investment mechanism in early childhood education,the weak teacher management system and the lack of teacher professional support were the main reasons.Based on the analysis above,the paper proposes to take measures to improve the quantity and quality of rural kindergarten teachers,to improve and ensure the salary and professional development rights of kindergarten teachers in central rural areas.
