大学教师教学学术水平影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：教学学术是学术的重要组成部分,大学教师的教学学术水平直接影响人才培养质量。以自编《大学教师教学学术水平影响因素调查问卷》为工具,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对个案高校中影响教师教学学术水平的因素进行分析,影响大学教师教学学术水平主要是教育教学的反思、教育教学的合作与交流、教育教学的实践以及教育教学的自我评估四个因素。其中,教育教学的反思、教育教学的合作与交流是影响大学教师教学学术水平的关键因素。强化个人实践、培养教师反思能力、形成教师“学习共同体”、建立多样化的评价等可促进大学教师教学学术水平的提升。The scholarship of teaching is an important part of academic,and the university teachers scholarship of teaching has adirect impact on the quality of talent cultivation.Using the self-complied“Questionnaire for Factors Affecting the University Teachers Scholarship of Teaching”as a tool,this paper makes exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the factors that affect the level of teachers scholarship of teaching in colleges and universities.Reflection,cooperation and exchange,practice and self-assessment are four factors that affect the university teachers scholarship of teaching.Among them,reflection,cooperation and exchange are the key influencing factors.In view of the findings,enhancing personal practice,cultivating reflective ability,building learning community,and adopting diverse assessments are some measures to promote the university teachers scholarship of teaching.
