摘  要:民族地区"双高"建设是服务国家战略,助推民族地区跨越式发展的重要命题。在践行守正创新的政治逻辑、呈现共生共荣的经济逻辑和关照生命本体的教育逻辑的驱动下,民族地区地方政府和高职院校要充分释放和把握政策红利、区域产业和民族文化等方面赋予的动力,创新民族地区特色化"双高"建设的发展路径,整合政策利好,构建多元协同的办学模式;衔接区域产业,打造对口专业集群;立足文化生境,建立"双语双师型"教师队伍。把脉民族地区"双高"建设的"为何而为""何以可为",集中发力,引领民族地区高等职业教育服务国家战略、融入区域发展、促进产业升级、传承民族文化,助推国家跑好全面建成小康社会"最后一公里"。"Double High Plan"in minzu areas is a major proposition that serves the national strategy and promotes the leap-forward development of minzu areas.Driven by the implementation of the political logic of upholding integrity and innovation,the economic logic of symbiosis and co-prosperity,and the educational logic of caring for the noumenon of life,local governments and higher vocational colleges in minzu areas must fully release and grasp policy dividends,regional industries and minzu culture,etc.Innovate the development path of the characteristic"Double High Plan"construction in minzu areas,integrate policies to build a diversified and coordinated school running model;connect regional industries and create counterpart professional clusters;rely on the cultural habitat,build a team of"bilingual dual-qualified"teachers.Focus on the"why"and"how to do"of the"Double High Plan"construction in minzu areas,and focus on leading the national strategy of higher vocational education in minzu areas,integrating into regional development,promoting industrial upgrading,inheriting minzu culture,and boosting national running so as to complete the"last mile"of a well-off society.
