摘 要:正确理解人性,是解决一切社会问题的逻辑原点。高校教师的自然人、知识人、社会人等人性假设的多重性,导致高校教师流动呈现出不同动因,即以“自然人”为主的流动动因、以“知性人”为主的流动动因、以“社会人”为主的流动动因。然而,高校忽视教师人性假设的多重性,过分注重其自然人的身份,忽视其知性人与社会人的诉求,致使教师流动呈现出片面的高薪激励诱致教师学术身份的异化、注重“人才移植”造成高等教育生态环境恶化、高成本阻止教师流动造成社会诚信缺失等问题。因此,高校应该从弘扬以“知性人”为主的价值定位、变革师资队伍评价机制、加强高校师资契约管理、建立柔性的人才共享机制等方面促进高校教师合理流动。A correct understanding of human nature is the logical origin to solve all social problems.Because of the multiplicity of human nature hypotheses,such as natural person,intellectual person and social person,the flow of university teachers presents different motivations,that is to say,the flow of“natural person”as the main motivation,the flow of“intellectual person”as the main motivation,and the flow of“social person”as the main motivation.However,colleges and universities ignore the multiplicity of teachers'human nature hypothesis,pay too much attention to their natural person's identity,ignore their intellectual and social people's demands,which leads to the following problems:one-sided high salary incentive leads to the alienation of teachers'academic identity,the emphasis on“talent transplantation”causes the deterioration of higher education ecological environment,the high cost of preventing the flow of teachers leads to the lack of social integrity,etc.Therefore,colleges and universities should promote the reasonable flow of college teachers from the following aspects:carrying forward the value orientation of“intellectual person”,reforming the evaluation mechanism of faculty,strengthening the management of faculty contract,and establishing a flexible talent sharing mechanism.
