摘　　要：文章以岗位胜任能力的"2+3"高职护理病理学课程建设为导向,分析"2+3"高职护理专业的学生胜任力的现状和存在的问题,从师资队伍建设、教学内容建设、教学方法建设、教学资源建设、成绩考核、教材建设、课程评价方面进行探索,旨在构建以岗位胜任力为导向的"2+3"高职护理病理学课程建设模式,提升病理学的教学质量,满足护理工作需要和拓展职业能力。Based on the construction of"2+3"higher vocational nursing pathology course of post competency,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of"2+3"higher vocational nursing students'competency,and explores from the construction of teaching staff,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching resources,achievement assessment,teaching material construction and course evaluation,The aim is to construct a"2+3"nursing pathology course construction mode in higher vocational colleges,which is oriented by post competence,so as to improve the teaching quality of pathology,meet the needs of nursing work and expand vocational ability.
