摘  要:为了解抗击新冠肺炎疫情下开展的在线教学实施情况和提升在线教学质量,采用网络问卷法对某高校英语专业大一到大三年级学生关于在线教学的教学方式、教学效果、教学平台等方面的满意度进行了调查。结果显示,大学生对在线教学总体满意度较高,对教师的在线教学水平比较认可,但是大多数学生认为在线教学效果不如实体课。文章最后就教师、学校、教学平台三个层面针对如何提高在线教学质量和体验提出了对策和建议。In order to achieve an effective and sustainable implementation of online teaching under fight against the coronavirus outbreak, an online questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of first-year to third-year English majors in a university concerning online teaching methods, teaching results, and teaching platforms. The results show that university students are generally satisfied with online teaching and teachers’ online teaching ability, but most students think that online teaching is not as effective as physical lessons. Therefore countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality and experience of online teaching from three aspects of teachers, schools and teaching platforms.
