终身教育理念下的成人自主学习力建设

摘　　要：当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,如何在这个复杂多变的局势中取得优势,既是国家对教育培养目标提出的根本要求,也是个人力求实现全面发展的必然途径。终身学习是对时代巨变最好的回应,任何人都不能置身于终身学习之外,只有保持终身学习的状态,才能在变化来临之时沉着应对。终身学习是成人学习者寻求突破现实困境的根本路径。本文基于终身学习的理念,从成人自主学习力与终身学习的关系出发,厘清成人自主学习的内涵特征,深度探析成人自主学习力的维度结构和内容要素,构建终身教育背景下成人自主学习力的内容指标体系,为成人学习者的终身学习扫清理论障碍,进一步推动成人终身学习的发展。The world is experiencing unprecedented changes now.Gaining advantages in such changeable situation is the fundamental requirement of educational aims and the inevitable way for individuals’overall development.Lifelong learning is the best answer to changes.No one can get rid of learning and only with life long learning,people can calmly face and respond to the changes.Lifelong learning is the basic way for adult learners to solve real problems and dilemmas.By exploring the relationship between adult selflearning ability and lifelong learning.This paper discusses the characteristics of adult learning and clarifies the structure and content of selflearning ability from the perspective of lifelong learning.The content standard of adult selflearning ability in lifelong learning context can clear theoretical barriers for adult learners and further promotes the development of adults’lifelong learning.
