摘　　要：法律翻译学界目前尚无统一的翻译质量观,也少有法律翻译专用质量评估模式。本文以系统功能语言学语言观、翻译观为指导,以法学、法律语言学等学科相关研究为支撑,尝试构建了包含形式、内容、行为、效力四个互动层级的质量分析模式,并对各层级质量分析方法以及层级间关系进行了阐述与例示。Legaltranslationstudieshavenotyetreachedaconsensusovertheconceptoftranslationquality,andqualityassessmentmodels specially constructed are rarely seen. Guided by relevant language theories and translation theories of systemic functional linguistics, supported by researches in the field of law and that of forensic linguistics, this paper designs a model of legal translation quality analysis by stratum, where the strata of form, content, act and legal effects are interactively connected, and illustrates with examples the operation of the model and quality analysis at each stratum.
