摘 要:为延长果汁饮品保存日期、保证果汁食品质量,需要对果汁进行有效灭菌,其中通过高温加热方式可有效对果汁进行杀菌。杀菌工艺中温度变化又具有非线性、时变性等特点,传统PID控制方法并不能满足温度精确高效调节的要求,为此设计一款基于模糊PID的果汁饮品杀菌控制算法。介绍果汁杀菌工艺流程,在传统PID控制器中引入模糊控制理论,通过模糊控制方法实现PID参数的在线自动调节。仿真结果表明,该控制系统能够快速实现温度的收敛,在尽可能短的时间内达到目标温度,且达到目标温度后温度波动较小,该温度控制方法可有效提高杀菌效果,提升果汁品质。In order to prolong the storage time of fruit juice drinks and ensure the quality of fruit juice food, it is necessary to sterilize the juice effectively, among which high temperature heating can effectively sterilize the juice. The traditional PID control method cannot meet the requirements of accurate and efficient temperature regulation. Therefore, a fuzzy PID control algorithm for fruit juice beverage sterilization is designed. The technological process of fruit juice sterilization is introduced. The fuzzy control theory is introduced into the traditional PID controller, and the on-line automatic adjustment of PID parameters is realized by fuzzy control method. The simulation results show that the control system can quickly achieve the temperature convergence, achieve the target temperature in the shortest possible time, and the temperature fluctuation is small after reaching the target temperature. The temperature control method can effectively improve the sterilization effect and improve the quality of juice.
