摘  要:生物化学实验是“生物化学”教学中的重要组成部分,生化实验内容的选取既要与基础理论课内容相协调,也要不断发展,将新的科研成果融入其中。目前生化实验教学内容大多涵盖了蛋白质、核酸、维生素等部分内容,但是对于糖类知识模块较少涉及。糖类不仅是组成生命的三大类物质之一,对其生物活性的研究更是当前生命科学热点前沿之一。因此,借着当前教学革新的契机,有必要合理地选取一些成熟的糖生物学研究成果,将其运用到生化实验教学中去。通过探讨将唾液中抗流感相关糖链的检测应用到实验教学中去的可行性,使教学内容与生活实践相结合,不仅能够增强学生对糖链生物学功能的认识,更能使他们接触到科学前沿,增强对科学研究的兴趣。The teaching of biochemistry experiment is an important part for the course of Biochemistry.The teaching contents of biochemistry experiment should be coordinated with the basic theory courses and integrated with the new scientific research results.At present,the teaching contents of biochemistry experiments mainly cover protein,nucleic acid,vitamin and so on,but the knowledge about carbohydrate is rarely included.As one of the most important three constituents of life,the research about carbohydrate,especially its bioactivity—glycobiology has been a hot frontier of life science.In the current teaching innovation,it is necessary to select some mature research results of glycobiology and apply them into the biochemistry experiment teaching.In this paper,we take the saliva anti-influenza virus glycan detection as an example,analyze its application feasibility in biochemistry experiment teaching,so that the teaching content can be combined with life practice.This kind of teaching content will improve the glycobiology knowledge of student,expose them to the forefront of life science,and increase their interest in scientific research.
