成人在线学习行为与学习效果的相关性

摘　　要：为探究网络远程教学平台中成人学习者在线学习行为及学习效果等问题,此次研究利用SPSS25.0软件对西北大学学历继续教育学生在线学习情况进行统计和分析,并探索在线学习行为与学习效果之间的内在联系。研究结果表明:不同性别的成人学习者在在线学习行为方面有所差异;成人学习者学习行为特征(包括视频学习时长、作业成绩和考试成绩)之间呈现弱相关性;综合成绩与作业成绩、考试成绩之间呈现强相关性。最后,针对研究结论,进行了教学反思,并给出了提升成人学习者教学质量的意见和建议。To explore the online learning behavior and learning effects of adult learners in the online distance learning platform,this study uses SPSS25.0 software to conduct statistics and analysis on the online learning situation of continuing education students in Northwest University,and explore the inner correlation between online learning behavior and learning effect.The research results show that:adult learners of different genders have differences in online learning behavior;adult learners’learning behavior characteristics(including video learning time,homework scores and test scores)show weak correlation;there is a strong correlation between comprehensive scores and homework scores,test scores.
