高学历化趋势下普通小学教师队伍建设的走向——以近十年普通小学专任教师学历变化为视角

摘　　要：当前,普通小学专任教师高学历化趋势明显,显示出我国基础教育改革和发展的最新成果。为了深入了解高学历趋势下普通小学教师队伍建设的基本走向,以近十年普通小学专任教师学历变化为视角,通过对2009—2018年的十年间我国普通小学专任教师群体学历变化情况的深入分析,掌握普通小学教师队伍学历层次变化的基本脉络,最后提出高学历化趋势下普通小学教师队伍建设的基本走向。在此基础上,提出了今后普通小学中小学专任教师队伍建设的策略。At present,the trend of higher educational background of full-time teachers in elementary schools shows the latest achievements of the elementary education reform and development in our country.In order to further understand the trend of higher education under the basic trend of the teacher team construction,from the perspective of the change of the educational background of full-time teachers in recent ten years in elementary schools,this paper analyzes the change from 2009 to 2018 in our country,and grasps the basic trend,and finally puts forward the direction and strategies of teacher team construction.
