摘  要:师资队伍建设是高等职业院校内涵建设的重要内容,通过对高职院师资队伍的现状进行调查发现,目前高职院校教师存在对师德理解和认识不足、师资队伍结构失衡、双师型教师“含金量”不高、教师培养机制不健全等问题。提高高职院校师资队伍水平,需要加强教师队伍师德师风建设,统筹推进人才队伍建设,完善师资培养体系,落实“四化”培养路径,即教师培养系统化、师资培训体系化、双师认定标准化、企业实践常态化,全面提升教师队伍综合能力。The construction of teachers is an important content of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation on the present situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,it is found that at present there are some problems in the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,such as lack of understanding of the teachers'morality,the imbalance of the teaching staff structure,the low“gold content”of the double-qualified teachers,and the imperfect teacher training mechanism,etc.Therefore,in order to improve the level of teachers in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality and style,coordinately promote the construction of talents,improve the teacher training system,and implement the cultivation path of“four aspects”,that is,systematization of teacher cultivation,systematization of teacher training,standardization of identification of double-qualified teachers and normalization of enterprise practice,to comprehensively improve the comprehensive abilities of teachers.
