思政课教师“自律要严”的具体要求和实践途径分析

摘　　要：习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对思政课教师提出了“自律要严”的素质要求,这是党和国家对思政课教师提出的特殊的、更高的自律要求。“自律要严”不是抽象的,体现在思政课教师的日常工作和生活中,要求思政课教师做到学高和身正统一、表和里如一、言和行致一。培养思政课教师的“自律要严”素养,最主要的是实现强化自律意识和加强自我教育相结合,培养自律精神和提高自律能力相结合,锻炼道德意志和健全他律机制相结合。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the quality requirement of“strict self-discipline”for ideological and political course teachers at the conversazione of ideological and political theory course teachers from schools,which is the particular and higher self-discipline requirement put forward by our Party and state for ideological and political course teachers.“Strict self-discipline”is not abstract,and it is embodied in ideo⁃logical and political course teachers’daily work and life,which requires the teachers’unification of high learn⁃ing and integrity,conformity of outside and inside,and consistency of the words and actions.The most impor⁃tant for cultivating the teachers’“strict self-discipline”quality is to realize the combination of strengthening self-discipline awareness and enhancing self education,the combination of cultivating the spirit of self-disci⁃pline and improving the self-discipline ability,and the combination of training moral will and perfecting the heteronomy mechanism.
