摘  要:思政课是高职学生职业观教育的重要渠道,但思政课教师在培育学生职业观方面依然存在着忽视思政课对学生职业观塑造作用、教育内容偏差、教育能力较弱等问题。思政课教师应加强对教育资源的整合能力、提升专业素养等,从而加强思政课对学生职业观的培育能力,提升其就业力。Ideological and political course is an important channel for higher vocational college students’education of vocational view.However,ideological and political course teachers still have some problems in cul⁃tivating the students’professional outlook,such as neglecting the role of ideological and political education in shaping the students’vocational view,the deviation of educational content,and the weakness of educational ability.Teachers of ideology and politics courses should strengthen the ability to integrate the educational re⁃sources and improve the professional qualities,etc.,so as to strengthen the ability of ideological and political courses to cultivate the students’professional outlook and enhance their employability.
