摘　　要：在新时代下,以校企双主体形式开展高职酒店管理专业文化育人工作,能够增强专业教育创新实践效果。基于此,论文阐述了完善配套制度建设、构建文化育人平台、树立三位一体文化育人核心、积极组织文化育人活动、合理安排实践教学这几项新时代高职酒店管理专业“校企双主体”文化育人创新实践措施。In the new era,carrying out the cultural education work of higher vocational hotel management major in the form of dual-entity of school and enterprise can enhance the effect of professional education innovation and practice.Based on this,this paper expounds the innovation and practice measures of"dual-entity of school and enterprise"cultural education of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges in the new era,such as perfecting the supporting system construction,constructing the cultural education platform,establishing the trinity cultural education core,actively organizing the cultural education activities,and reasonably arranging the practical teaching.
