摘 要:建设并优化知识型员工激励机制,全面激发知识型员工的工作积极性与主动性,既是当前组织人力资源管理工作的核心任务,也是实现可持续发展战略目标的关键性工作之一。论文结合知识型员工的基本特征与需求,以S县公共检验检测中心知识型员工为研究对象,运用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,分析了知识型员工流失现状及流失原因,提出了S县公共检验检测中心知识型员工流失治理的策略。Constructing and optimizing the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers to fully stimulate the work enthusiasm and initiative of knowledge workers is not only the core task of human resources management work in the current organization,but also one of the key works to achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development.The paper combines the basic characteristics and needs of knowledge workers,takes the knowledge workers of S County Public Inspection and Testing Center as the research object,uses a method of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,analyzes the current situation and reasons of knowledge workers'turnover,and puts forward the strategies for the governance of knowledge workers'turnover in S County Public Inspection and Testing Center.
