摘  要:论文结合生产实际,尝试收集苹果籽,探讨苹果籽油工业化生产的可行方法,并通过毒理学研究评价其安全性。在生产线上通过筛选、清洗、干燥等流程,共收集苹果籽68.5 kg,采用压榨法制备苹果籽油9.75 kg,出油率为14.23%;通过小鼠急性毒性实验、小鼠精子畸形的遗传毒性实验和30 d喂养实验对其进行毒理学评价,结果显示:苹果籽油对小鼠的急性经口LD_(50)大于20 g/kg BW,判属无毒类;小鼠精子畸形遗传毒性实验为阴性,表明该受试物无致突变作用;在大鼠30 d喂养实验中未见动物健康状况和器官组织形态的异常变化;据此初步估计苹果籽油最大无作用剂量大于5.0 g/kg BW,具有较高的食用安全性。Based on the actual production,this paper attempts to collect apple seeds,explores the feasible methods of industrialized production of apple seed oil,and studies its toxicological safety.A total of 68.5 kg of apple seeds were collected on the production line through screening,cleaning,drying,etc.,and 9.75 kg of the apple seed oil was prepared by pressing,with an oil yield of 14.23%;Mainly through the acute toxicity test,mice sperm abnormal genetic toxicity and the 30 d feeding test to determine the toxicology.According to the result of acute toxicity LD_(50) test in mice,the apple seed oil was nontoxicity for the LD_(50)>20 g/kg BW;Mice sperm abnormal genetic toxicity test was negative,indicating that the subjects of noninduced mutation;After 30 d feeding experiment of rats,there were no abnormal changes in the terms of health status,as well as organ and tissue morphology.Based on this preliminary estimation,the maximum non-action dose of apple seed oil was greater than 5.0 g/kg BW,which had a high edible safety.
