资源依赖理论视角下高校更名原因的实证研究

摘　　要：高校名称对学校发展至关重要,高校更名是我国高等教育领域较为普遍的现象。探明高校更名的原因对促进学校内涵发展,优化高等教育布局,规范高校更名并促进教育治理现代化具有重要意义。通过对我国东中西部6省份的85所高校实证研究发现,高校更名现象是高校自身、高等教育管理体制、社会文化背景等不同方面的因素导致的。构建高校更名的资源依赖三圈环流理论,可较为系统地解释高校更名原因,并在相关层面提出规范更名对策。The name of colleges and universities is very important to the development of them,renaming of colleges and universities is a common phenomenon in the field of higher education in China.It is of great significance to find out the reasons for the renaming of colleges and universities,which is beneficial for promoting the connotative development of colleges and universities,optimizing the layout of higher education,standardizing the renaming of colleges and universities and promoting the modernization of educational governance.Based on the empirical study of 85 universities in 6 provinces in eastern,central,and western regions of China,it is found that the reasons for the renaming of colleges and universities are from the aspects of higher education management system,social environment and culture,and colleges as well as universities themselves.The theory of three circle circulation of resource dependence of renaming of colleges and universities is constructed to systematically explain the reason of renaming of colleges and universities.Countermeasures for standardizing the renaming of colleges and universities are put forward from higher education management departments and universities themselves.
